This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of products purchased through our website https://aiblb.com/ (the “Website”). By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy, along with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays). Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.
  • Order Verification: We may contact you to verify order details, payment information, or shipping address before processing your order. Delays in verification may extend processing time.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item in your order is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you via email within 2 business days. You may choose to wait for the item to be restocked, substitute it with a similar product, or cancel the out-of-stock item for a full refund.
  • Order Modifications/Cancellations: To modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at service@aiblb.com. We can only accommodate changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with trusted third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver your orders. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be delayed due to carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Shipping costs for Standard Ground are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.
  • Free Shipping Promotions: From time to time, we may offer free Standard Ground Shipping on orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold (e.g., $50 or more). Eligibility for free shipping is subject to the terms of the specific promotion.
  • Expedited/Express Shipping: Additional fees apply for Expedited or Express Shipping. The exact fee will be displayed during checkout.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories: A shipping surcharge will be added to orders shipping to these locations. The surcharge is calculated during checkout.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship to the 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipping Address Requirements

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be notified via email. You may request reshipment (additional shipping fees apply) or a refund (minus original shipping costs, if applicable).
  • We cannot ship to multiple addresses in a single order. If you need to ship items to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

5. Signature Requirements

  • Most packages do not require a signature upon delivery. However, carriers may require a signature for high-value items (over $500), packages shipped to restricted addresses, or if the carrier deems it necessary.
  • If you are unavailable to sign for a package, the carrier may leave it at your door (at their discretion) or leave a notice for you to schedule a redelivery or pick up the package from a local carrier facility.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: Inspect your package upon delivery. If the package or item is damaged, please take photos of the damage (including the outer packaging and the item itself) and contact us within 7 business days of delivery at service@aiblb.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund, as outlined in our Return Policy.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier facility. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
  • Carrier Claims: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier marks them as “delivered.” However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Restrictions

  • Prohibited Items: We cannot ship hazardous materials, flammable items, or items restricted by carrier guidelines (e.g., certain power tools with lithium-ion batteries may have shipping restrictions). If your order includes a restricted item, we will notify you and cancel that item for a full refund.
  • Oversized/Heavy Items: Some large or heavy items (e.g., bathtubs, patio furniture sets, generators) may require special shipping arrangements or curbside delivery. Additional fees may apply, and delivery times may be extended to 7–14 business days. We will notify you of any special shipping requirements or fees before processing your order.

8. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in carrier rates, shipping practices, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website and purchase of products after the updated policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review this Shipping Policy periodically.
