    • Condition of Products: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (including all parts, accessories, manuals, and tags). Products that show signs of wear, damage, installation, modification, or misuse will not be eligible for return.
    • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt) must be provided with the return.
    • Exceptions: Certain products are non-returnable, including:
      • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., custom-cut materials, engraved fixtures).
      • Perishable goods (if applicable) or products with expiration dates.
      • Halloween decorations, seasonal items, or limited-edition products (unless defective).
      • Hazardous materials, power tools with broken safety seals, or products that have been opened and cannot be resold due to safety or hygiene reasons.

    2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return shipping instructions, including the return address.
    3. Package and Ship the Item: Securely package the product (preferably using the original packaging) and clearly mark the RA number on the outer box. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt for reference.

    3. Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credits

    • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 5–7 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will verify its eligibility. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to process, as processing times may vary by payment provider. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
    • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an eligible product for a different size, color, or model, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will ship the replacement product to you. Any price difference between the original and replacement product must be paid before the exchange is processed.

    4. Defective or Damaged Products

    If you receive a defective, damaged, or malfunctioning product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Provide photos/videos of the damage, defect, and original packaging, along with your order details. We will assess the issue and offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

    • A free exchange for the same product (if available).

    We reserve the right to request the return of the defective/damaged product for inspection. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    5. Wrong Item Shipped

    If we accidentally ship the wrong product to you, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the received item, and packaging. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost, and we will cover the return shipping for the incorrect item. You must return the wrong item in its original condition and packaging.

    6. Return Shipping Responsibilities

    • You are responsible for ensuring the returned product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not liable for damage to products that occur during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
    • We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot refund or replace products lost or damaged in transit without proof of delivery to our warehouse.
    • All return shipments must include the issued RA number. Shipments received without a valid RA number will be rejected or delayed.

    7. Warranty Information

    This Return Policy does not replace or override product-specific warranties. Many of our products (e.g., power tools, faucets, bathtubs) come with manufacturer warranties that provide additional coverage beyond this policy. For warranty claims, please contact us with your order details and warranty-related issues, and we will assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer.
